Lisa Luther

Lisa’s Real Estate has been licensed since 1986 in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 28+ years as a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor, Lisa has Instructed Pre License courses at Multiple Colleges and was the Pre License Director for Carlson / Norwood BH & G Real Estate, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She also currently owns her own Real Estate School. Lisa has also been Director of Education for Century 21 Citiwide. Lynnfield, Everett and Revere. Lisa has been a member in REEA, Real Estate Education Association, and the Mass Real Estate Educators Group Lisa has managed offices for Century 21 in Woburn, Reading, Winchester and owned Realty World Advantage for 17 years. Michael Seaver

Michael began his real estate career in 1986. Over the years, Michael has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry including land development, new construction marketing as well as the full array of residential sales. He managed the first ERA Key office, a start up operation of 5 people in Milford, MA and helped to grow it to one of the most successful office in Central Massachusetts. At the time, his office had one of the highest levels of per agent productivity of any office in the state. As ERA Key Realty Services began to expand into new markets, he was instrumental in creating merger and acquisition opportunities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORSÒ, the National Association of REALTORSÒ, Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) and the Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce.

Bob Falter

Bob Falter, Ph.D. is a licensed Connecticut and Massachusetts real estate broker and a certified Massachusetts real estate instructor. In addition, he is a Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Dean and Instructor, and a National Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) certified instructor. He was a Regional Trainer for the Realtors Property Resource™, LLC. Locally he has taught for Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) in Worcester, REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM), Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV), Triad Real Estate School, American Real Estate Academy (AERA), New England Real Estate Academy (NEREA), ERA Key University, Quaboag Valley Real Estate Academy, Anita Hill Training & Seminars, and others. He has been honored by the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts, formerly the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®, with their “2006 Rookie of the Year” Award and “2010 Educator of the Year” Award. In 2011, he was nominated for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® “Educator of the Year” Award. Dr. Falter retired as a Captain (O-6) from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service in 2001. He received his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and his Ph.D. from Walden University’s Institute for Advanced Studies. After serving as a healthcare administrator, correctional healthcare administrator and licensed nursing home administrator he made a career change to residential real estate in 2004. He holds both national and state designations and certifications including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certified, certified Internet Professional (e-PRO), Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC), Short Sale Foreclosure Certification (SFR), Broker Price Opinion Resource Certification (BPOR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Peter Certo

Instructor: Peter has been a successful insurance and real estate broker since 1977. Starting his insurance career with Metropolitan Life Ins Co in 1973, he opened his own agency and obtained his real estate license in 1977. He ran a small but profitable agency until he purchased his first franchise of ERA Certo Agency when he recruited 48 agents and opened two offices withinRhode Island. He then switched to a Century 21 franchise for the next 10 years which he sold to join Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader. For another 10 years he successfully launched Keller Williams Realty offices inRhode Island,Easton, Ma andWorcester, Ma. He was the first team leader to recruit more then 100 agents to one real estate office inNew England. He does his best to incorporate real estate humor into his classes but he can also bring a perspective of truth which can cause some agents to really think about what they really want to accomplish and why. Peter is an accomplished business coach and counselor as well as a certified instructor of real estate courses for the state of Ma. Cheryl Eidinger-Taylor

President, ERA Key Realty Services: Cheryl Eidinger-Taylor has been training Agents and Managers for approximately the last 15 of her 20 years in Real Estate. She has been with ERA Key Realty Services for her entire career and loves to sell, train, and motivate. Cheryl has a passion for the business and brings experience and enthusiasm to her training programs.
