Cost
$350 Tuition: Includes materials and textbooks.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a class it can be taken up to 6 months after the cancellation.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us no later than 2 days before the first scheduled class date.
ERA Key Academy payments are not refundable!
Requirements
To obtain a Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons’ License you must be 18 years of age and have completed a 40-hour course from an approved Massachusetts Real Estate School. Once the course is complete you will receive a certification booklet. This allows you to take the state examination.
